HS Made in Germany Single Shot .22 cal Blank Starter Pistol
Mechanically it functions very well! It does have some surface rust, so it would be a good candidate for a clean up and restoration and you'll have yourself a sweet little German starter pistol! The HS branded grips are both in very good condition.
No PAL is required, however, as a private seller we do require verified copies of photo ID prior to shipping. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. It is important to understand that while these do not require a PAL to own, they should be stored and transported and used in the same manner as if it were a non-blank firearm.
These devices are designed for theatrical use when under the direct control of a qualified professional, wildlife management as a scare deterrent, or for launching a distress signal flare only. They will not chamber or fire anything but the specific blank cartridge it was designed for.
