Refund policy

Listen, it happens to the best of us. We hop on to the line, browse a new shop with stars in our eyes, do a hasty Add To Cart and then sit and stare at the door eating our feelings until that 'Out for Delivery' notice pops up. And when the package arrives, that amazing inappropriate garden gnome you impulse bought turns out to be barely big enough for a fairy garden, so small that should you dare to cast it into the wilds of your garden it would immediately be consumed by feral hedge beasts, ne'er to be seen again.

I get it. There are shady characters out there in the world of online shopping.

But here's the deal: We promise to photograph things in meticulous detail, highlight any faults that exist and write a comprehensive description to make sure that the item you're getting is exactly what you expect. Antique and vintage items are rarely perfect, which is why we are absolutely pickled with dedication to the accurate depiction of the products we sell. As a result, we are unable to accept returns of items. All we ask is that you read the description and look at every photo before making the decision to purchase from us. Remember that sometimes your monitor shows colors differently than my monitor does (hello light green duvet cover that I thought was dark green!) and trust that we will do our best to make sure we show our products in all their glory, foibles and all.

We do also carry some items that require you to send us photo ID and license in order for us to ship them, as well as some items that require special licensing to purchase! Those items clearly state that in the description. We encourage you to add your email address when you check out to facilitate getting that information through to us in a timely manner. Should you purchase one of these items and refuse to send us the required ID/license to have us ship them OR if you purchase something and do not possess the licensing required to purchase that item, there will be a restocking fee of 25% of the total order amount. Alternately, you can have your purchase price refunded in full as in-store credit that can be used to purchase anything else on our website.
