A beautiful George Trulock Dublin .40 Cal Black Powder Percussion Pistol .

Intricate detailed engraving throughout as well as a beautifully figured damascus barrel. Very clean smooth bore - this little pistol has been well cared for in its life! Hammer is nice and tight and locks up at the half and full cock positions. Wood stock has a hand-checkered grip and a smooth patina that's an absolute pleasure to handle.

An unusual piece as it's marked "George Trulock" which is generally found on older flintlocks, while the percussion era pistols would generally be marked "Trulock & Son".

All in all a wonderful antique black powder pistol that would be just as happy at the range as it would be on display.
