A scarce British Schermuly S.P.R.A. 1" Flare / Line Launcher. Quite uncommon to see these in this almost straight stick configuration! Hammer is pulled back by way of the brass knob at the bottom end of the grip, which sets the trigger and makes it ready to fire. You can adjust the penetration depth of the firing pin by turning the brass knob. Marked with the British patent number 327894.

Cosmetically it's a 9/10. All in all a great scarce example of the Schermuly Line Launcher!
