Cylinder swings out by pulling on the "ejector rod", but it has no mechanism to eject spent casings. Pressing on the ejector rod simply moves the whole cylinder backwards. Cylinder indexes well.
Finish is maybe a 5/10 with quite a bit of buildup on the top venting port as well as on the cylinder. Wood grips are in good condition. There are some tears to the original box but it's all there!
No PAL is required, however, as a private seller we do require verified copies of photo ID prior to shipping. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age. It is important to understand that while these do not require a PAL to own, they should be stored and transported and used in the same manner as if it were a non-blank firearm.
These devices are designed for theatrical use when under the direct control of a qualified professional, wildlife management as a scare deterrent, or for launching a distress signal flare only. They will not chamber or fire anything but the specific blank cartridge it was designed for.
