Appears to have been a Parker Hale conversion. It's marked "Tested by Parker Hale" on the barrel, and there's a nut on the bottom that also is marked Parker Hale on the underside of the forestock.

Bore is clean with strong rifling. Action is in good working order. Cosmetically in good condition, with a nice dark barrel and a lovely Monte Carlo stock. A great candidate for either taking out hunting, or for restoring back to its original configuration!
