This is an absolutely stunning example of a Coast Salish imbricated slat basket. It's decorated an all four sides, and is still in quite good condition! It does have some damage on the top rim especially, but finding one of these with its original lid still present and intact is certainly something special!

A gorgeous large piece, and a wonderful find for the collector of basketry.
