A World War One German KAR 98a Bolt Action Rifle, made in the Erfurt armory and dated 1917. Chambered in 8mm Mauser

Bore is bright and clean with good rifling. Full two piece military Type 2 wood stocks in good cosmetic condition, with one crack near the rear sight as noted in the photos. Serial numbers are matching on most parts, with the bolt assembly, butt plate and front band notably having different serial numbers. 5 round internal box magazine.
