This one is quite unique in that it adjusts via that odd little brass knob on the back right corner! No reaching inside drawers or fiddling with multiple nuts on this baby. Just twist clockwise for a finer grind, and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind. Done and dusted!

Doesn't hurt that it's pretty spiffy looking too.
