Webley & Scott First World War Era Brass Flare Pistol
Everything Old Antiques & Vintage
SKU: 1-160916
A Webley & Scott First World War Era Brass Flare Pistol. This is the earlier model without the flared out barrel. It's marked with various proof marks and is extensively broad-arrow marked. Mechanically it is still functional, but it's lacking the leaf spring to push the catch shut.
Cosmetically it has significant wear. The iron pieces are quite pitted and the wood grips have shrunk with age. It still is a good looker though and would look fantastic hanging on a wall! Please examine all photos for a good representation of condition.
