Bore condition: Mint mirror bore. Lands and grooves are sharp and in excellent condition. Not many rounds have been fired through it because there is no notable frosting. 

Mechanical condition: Mechanically excellent. Cylinder indexes, locks and times properly in both double and single action with strong lock up. The top break opens and closes properly and the ejector snaps down very crisply when opened. 

Grips are in excellent condition.
