Lacking a maker's mark, but beautifully decorated with scrolling leafwork on the action. Barrel has been reduced to 19" length, front sight has been expertly restored and an appropriate length ramrod has been fabricated in a complimentary finish.

Nipples have been freshly replaced, and both hammers operate at half and full cock as they should.

Action is crisp, bore is in good condition. All in all this piece is a delight both to look at and use.

Uses No. 11 Percussion Caps. Bore diameter is 16mm.
