Cock-and-Click Deactivated FN Model D (BAR) Light Machine Gun
A gorgeous cock and click deactivated FN Model D, the Belgian designed light machine gun that was considered the most refined variant of the Browning Automatic Rifle.
We have oodles of moving parts on this deactivated gun! Not only does the bipod articulate and waggle around, but the bolt operates, and the trigger releases the bolt. The magazine is hollowed out but detachable, and the fire selector switch is movable to all three positions. It is fully field-strippable and the barrel is free from obstructions with good rifling. The bolt face has been cut on an angle and the firing pin has been cut. There is also a small piece cut out of the rear of the trigger assembly, although the fire selector works well enough for the safety to engage when the bolt is pulled back. It also looks like there's been a piece cut away from the rear of the barrel.
Really the most fun-friendly old school deactivation I've ever seen in all my days! It's not gonna fire, but you can have all kinds of other fun with it! And all with no firearms license required.
