I will be the first to admit I have no idea how this works. I know you put in milk and somehow come out with cream. Well, cream and some sad shadow that was formerly milk. Do you put the milk in the top? The bottom? Does the milk stay where it is and the cream move from one compartment to the other, or is it the other way around? How vigorously do you have to work that handle?

So many mysteries. All I can say is that figuring it out sounds like a fantastic way to spend some time. And hey, at the end of the experiment you get cream! What's not to love?
